How does it work?
1. Sign up with your email address and start immediately with creating your ticket shop.
2. Place the link to the shop on your website (or facebook, of newsletter or... anywhere!). Automatically the project is shown on partner sites of C-TIX.
3. The sale starts.
4. Keep an overview in your personal dashboard and check your finances.
5. Every Wednesday you’ll receive the money on your bank account.
6. The shop closes automatically on the expiry date.
7. Scan the tickets with the iOS app or check them with the provided box office list.

FAQ

Free? How is that possible?
Very simple! You pass on the service costs to the ticket buyer, et violà! Une billetterie! Of course nothing in life is free. C-TIX also incurs costs, but we keep them low. That is why we ask €1.50 per order. There are no subscription costs; no hidden costs. You are not committed to anything.
But I don't want to pass on service costs to my customers, is that possible?
Of course. You can decide for yourself what amount you pass on to the ticket buyer: from 0 euros to 1.50. You specify your preferences in your personal dashboard.
How and when do I receive the payments?
C-TIX transfers the income from your ticket sales to your bank account every week (every Wednesday). No hassle with invoices afterwards. Just money in the bank right away.
What about privacy?
C-TIX takes privacy seriously and strictly adheres to the GDPR. In short, C-TIX is the 'data processor' and you (or your organization) are the ‘data controller’. You are therefore responsible for the data and you are the first to speak to the buyers about this.
What do I have to do to become a C-TIX customer?
by entering your email address. You will receive a link from us by e-mail that you can use to create an account.
